Pet Regulations:Pets Allowed
Details:We recognize that pets are part of the family. Two pets per apartment home. We have a $150.00 non-refundable fee for cats and $500.00 non-refundable fee for dogs 31-50 lbs, dogs under 30 lbs $300.00 non refundable fee. Monthly pet rent of $20 monthly per pet. We are pet friendly however, we do not accept certain breeds of dogs to include: Akita , American Staffordshire Terrier, Bull Terrier, Chow, Doberman, German Shepherd, Husky, Pitt bull, Presa Canario, Rottweiler, and Wolf Hybrid. |
